Pietro has been working in hospitality for almost two decade. He moved to the UK in 2006 to refine his techniques behind the bar, winning several competitions and gaining global recognition. He has often collaborated with some of the top Bartenders and bars around the world.
The day to day cocktail making and shaking is woven into his work, but in recent years he has taken on a whole new role. Pietro now offers a comprehensive range of bar services. From the conception of contemporary bar concepts to increasing revenue and improving standards – his services are impeccable. He will take your bar, the staff and its menus and curate a whole new image for your business. His extensive background and impressive network means Pietro is able to accurately select products, sponsorships and produce innovative menus personal to each and every venue. From Bar program for Bar Owners, Bar Managers or Bartenders to the creation of new cocktails Menus or the accurate selection of products to the relationship with sponsor brands, Pietro can share his background in order to offer a significant support to any venue.
Within the bracket of his consultancy Pietro has been looking after small spirit producers and helping them grow in the UK and Europe. A simple collaboration with a strong team of marketing and sales experts enables him to build a good structure and strategy for any premium spirit brand.

His role as beverage director is to recruit and train staff, build relationships with sponsors and most importantly he is in charge of the day to day bar operations. He ensure standards are met and the service provided is always on point. Pietro most notable line of work with Cru Events is as Beverage Director at all Camp Kerala events. Cru runs the whole F&B operations for Camp Kerala – the original and leading luxury ‘accommodation under canvas’ brand on the planet. Camp Kerala was born at Glastonbury Festival but over the past 15 years has taken its unparalleled experience globally, such as Wonderfruit in Thailand and Burning Man in America.
